The Island Creperie is a little-known secret tucked away in historic Bridgewalk, chef-owners Olivier and Laetitia Rose have been creating specialty crepes at the Island Creperie, as well as their other french restaurants (PARIS BISTROT -Lakewood Ranch, 62 BISTROT- Sarasota, La CREPERIE des ILES - FRANCE), for several years.
