Rental Guidelines

Our rental guidelines are designed to ensure all guests have a fun vacation. For example, check-in/check-out schedules are essential in order to properly clean units. But, we'll try to help to maximize playtime on arrival/departure days.

Arrival/Departure

Check-in time is 4:00 p.m. If you anticipate arrival after 6:00 p.m., please call our office to make arrangements. Check-out time is 11:00 a.m. In order to guarantee our guests a clean rental and avoid delays, we ask that all guests abide by our check-in time of 4:00 p.m. and check-out time of 11:00 a.m. So you can enjoy your time with us to the fullest, we provide courtesy beach towels and a changing facility for guests arriving early or wishing to leave late.

Pets

Designated units are available for pets, provided your pet will not disturb your neighbors. There is a limit of two pets per unit, with a thirty-five pound weight limit per pet. Additional fees and taxes apply (Please call resort for details and booking)

Other

All units will be furnished and include linens and kitchen amenities. For your convenience and comfort you may request additional housekeeping services. During holiday periods, rate increases may apply. Additional taxes and fees may apply.
Weekly rates do not include: taxes, departure clean, daily housekeeping service or any additional room amenities.
Weekly rates cannot be booked online. Please call to book.
